The Management and Operating Procedures defined in this Manual and its supporting documentation are mandatory for all staff. All staff shall be made aware of the Quality Assurance requirements. It is important that any discrepancies or suggested amendments should be submitted through normal change request procedure or directly to the Integrated System Manager as soon as possible. The Quality Elements of the Integrated Management System shall be continually and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and improvement.
